With some containers to be loaded and lots of goods to be inspected before Chinese New Year, I’ve been busy like crazy. Thanks a lot to the trust of my dear clients, the more containers I loaded, I’ve figured out some better ways.
To save costs of container fees at the port, we try our best to arrange container loading time and make sure our container would not stay longer then 7 days at the port before the ship starts, or else extra fees would be charged. Then we need to take into consideration the time of booking container, loading container, custom clearance, etc. Sometimes if you are unlucky or if there are some sensitive goods in your container, it would take more time before passing the custom coz they might open the container and inspect it.
To save costs of warehouse, shipping or hiring truck and workers picking up goods from different suppliers, we managed to nurture good relationship with the suppliers and had all the goods delivered to the warehouse of one led factory in Zhongshan which we ordered the most, and loaded the container in the factory. However, it is better to make sure the other suppliers deliver the goods to that Guzhen led factory on the day of loading containers or one day earlier.
Before arranging the container, we already inspected the goods from different suppliers and made sure all the goods have arrived in the warehouse of the China led factory.
All the led are well packed with instructions on how to assemble it.
In the morning we headed from Nan Sha Port to the led factory in Guzhen, Zhongshan.
In two hours, finally we arrived in the lighting factory in Guzhen. The boss and his workers already had the goods there waiting for us.
After we arrived, immediately they started to load the led container.

He’s my favorite boss, someone I should learn from. Actually He’s the boss of the factory. The factory has over 100 staffs, however, when we arrived, it was almost lunch time and factories in China usually have about two hours of rest in the afternoon, so the boss helped us load the container.
Finally, the container was loaded and we headed back Guangzhou port.
