Printing designs into China wholesale blank T-shirts is an evolved process that can be easily done with enough practice. Two of the most widely used ways to print on wholesale plain T-shirts from China are transfer printing and screen printing.
Transfer printing is a much preferred option for a one-time project while with screen printing you can print T-shirts in bulk from a single image but it requires more specialized supplies.
*Transfer Printing
Tools:
Transfer paper(light transfer paper, dark transfer paper), inkjet printer, ruler, knife, cotton pillowcase, iron.
Step 1
Print the design into the transfer paper. For white T-shirts use light transfer paper, while dark transfer paper is for T-shirts of dark colors.
Step 2
Cut out the image from the transfer paper with ruler and knife.
Step 3
Lay a cotton pillowcase over a table, place the T-shirt over the cotton pillowcase, then iron the T-shirt to be completely flat without any wrinkles.
Step 4
Place the transfer paper into the blank T-shirt. If it’s white T=shirt, place the image face down. If it’s shirts of dark colors, place the image face up. Then iron the image into the T-shirt.
Step 5
Let it cool, then peel off the paper.
