Zhongshan Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Guangzhou Guoguang and Hong Kong Chuanghui Industrial Co., Ltd. in March 2001. As a Chinese investor, Guangzhou Guoguang’s full name is “Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd.”. Its predecessor was the Guangzhou Public-Private Partnership Guoguang Broadcasting Equipment Factory established in 1951.
On December 25, 1993, the company was restructured and directionally raised internal employee shares to establish shares. Co., Ltd., on December 8, 1995, the company increased its capital and shares and was restructured into a foreign-invested joint stock limited company. In May 2005, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code of 002045. Zhongshan Guoguang has strong development strength, and develops 2.0-channel and 2.1-channel products with iPod\iPhone, 2.4GHZ, Bluetooth, WIFI, USB and other technical functions.
